Cancellation Policy
Consultation Purpose The consultation is intended to discuss design ideas, placement, size, and pricing of your tattoo. A consultation does not guarantee an appointment for the tattoo service itself. Non-Refundable Fee If a consultation fee applies, it is non-refundable but may be applied toward the cost of your tattoo if you proceed with booking. Failure to show up for the consultation will forfeit this fee. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you are unable to attend your consultation, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule. Failure to notify us within this timeframe will result in the loss of your consultation fee (if applicable). Design Ownership All designs discussed and/or sketched during the consultation remain the intellectual property of the tattoo artist unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized reproduction or use of designs is prohibited. Health & Safety Information Please disclose any skin conditions, allergies, medical conditions, or medications during your consultation that may affect the tattooing process. Minors You must be at least 18 years of age to receive a tattoo consultation. Valid identification is required. Pricing Estimates Pricing provided during the consultation is an estimate based on the discussed size, placement, and complexity of the design. Final pricing may change based on adjustments made before or during the tattooing process. No Obligation You are under no obligation to proceed with the tattoo after the consultation. Similarly, the artist reserves the right to decline any tattoo project. Confidentiality All personal and medical information shared during the consultation will be kept strictly confidential and used solely for the tattooing process. Agreement to Terms By attending the consultation, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
