Cancellation Policy

​​Thank you for choosing Jungle Ink. The following terms and conditions apply to all quotes provided by the studio. Please read them carefully as they outline important policies regarding deposits, cancellations, and rescheduling. Quote Validity All quotes provided by Jungle Ink are valid for 7 days from the date of issue. After this period, the quoted price may be subject to change. To secure your tattoo session at the quoted price, please confirm your appointment within the 7-day period. Consent Form Requirement Your tattoo session cannot commence until the necessary consent form has been signed and submitted to the studio. This is required by law to ensure your understanding of the process, risks, and aftercare involved in your tattoo. Please complete this form before your scheduled session to avoid any delays. Cancellation Policy A 100% cancellation fee will apply to the total deposit amount. No exceptions. Please be absolutely sure of your commitment to get tattooed before booking. ​ Deposit A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total quoted price is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment. Surcharges Weekends & Public Holidays: An additional $100 surcharge applies for appointments scheduled on weekends or public holidays. ​ Rescheduling Policy Appointments can be rescheduled once only and must be requested no later than 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Failure to meet this timeframe will result in the cancellation fee being applied.​ Next Steps After Booking After making a deposit, please provide your full name, email, and mobile number along with a screenshot of your deposit receipt. Once received, you will get a confirmation email for your booking. ​Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) By booking an appointment with Jungle Ink Tattoo, you agree to keep any proprietary information related to custom tattoo designs, cover-ups, or unique concepts confidential. You may not share, copy, reproduce, or distribute these designs without written permission from Jungle Ink Tattoo.
